Annadaan - Anant Patra
On the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami, Annadaan Seva was organized at JK Temple, Kamla Nagar, Kanpur on 27th March 2026 under the Anant Patra – “Annadaan Param Daan” initiative, encouraging devotees to contribute to this noble cause.
By the divine grace of Bhagwan Shri Radha Krishna, JK Temple organized Annadaan Seva on the sacred occasion of Ram Navami, on 27th March 2026 within the temple premises.
Annadaan, the offering of food, is considered one of the greatest forms of charity in Sanatan tradition. Through this initiative, the temple served meals to those in need and spread the spirit of compassion, generosity, and community service.
This program was conducted under the Anant Patra initiative, which promotes the sacred principle “Annadaan Param Daan”, meaning that donating food is the highest form of charity. Devotees actively participated by contributing food, offering support, and helping in serving meals to the needy.
The Annadaan Seva began from 12:00 PM onwards, and devotees joined wholeheartedly with their families, experiencing the joy of giving and selfless service.
Together, this collective effort reflected a strong resolve to ensure that no one remains hungry, making the occasion a true celebration of humanity and devotion.
"Annadaan is the purest form of service — where devotion turns into compassion and blessings multiply through sharing."
