1. Refunds for Donations

• If you have made an error in the amount or any other aspect of your donation, or if you wish to request a refund for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible.
• Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original donation date. Any requests made after this period may not be considered for a refund.
• Verification Process: We will verify the details of your donation, including the transaction reference number and the amount, before processing the refund.
• Refunds Approval: Once the donation transaction is verified and the refund request is deemed valid, we will proceed with the refund.

2. Non-Refundable Services

• Tax Exemption Certificates: If any tax exemption certificate or receipt has already been issued for your donation (where applicable), it cannot be refunded. Even though the Trust does not currently provide tax exemption under Section 80G, should such a certificate be issued in the future, it will be considered non-refundable.
• Donations for Completed Projects/Events: Donations made towards specific projects, events, or activities that have already been executed or completed at the time of the refund request will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Processing Time

• Processing Period: Once a refund is approved, it may take up to 14 business days for the amount to be credited back to the original payment method, depending on the payment gateway or financial institution involved.
• Communication: You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated, including details of the refund transaction.
