Jagran Correspondent, Kanpur: The 64th anniversary celebration of Shri Radhakrishna Temple (JK Temple) was grandly celebrated on Tuesday. From early morning, the temple's atmosphere was filled with devotion through continuous chanting and cultural programs that mesmerized every devotee.
On the occasion of the 64th anniversary, the jk temple was adorned with laser lights and various flowers. Special decorations and prayers were performed for the anniversary, with the main deity being adorned and offered special worship. Renowned devotees, Devi Singhaniya and Abhishek Singhaniya, participated and observed the enchanting decorations of the temple. During the celebration, a grand procession was taken out with Lord Krishna riding on a chariot, touring the temple premises. After the aarti, Prasad was distributed to all devotees. The fair and various cultural and spiritual activities added to the festive spirit in the temple premises. The evening was illuminated with lights and the grand aarti echoed with the chants of Radha-Krishna's names. On this special occasion, cultural programs were presented by the artists. After the aarti, the devotees were engrossed in the divine presence of Lord Krishna. Various presentations depicted different forms of the goddess, such as Maa Durga in Dashaavataar, and performances including Ayodhya, Aanand, Shrikrishna Leela, etc., which kept the audience enthralled throughout.
